Association projects

This call for projects concerns associations wishing to apply for a grant of over 5,000 euros per year for three years. The winning associations are bound to the City for a period of three years through a multi-year objectives agreement.

What is the Kit Asso 3?

Kit Asso 3 is designed for associations meeting the following requirements:

  • The project will be based on a three-year action program. This project will be part of a three-year objectives agreement signed with the City of Paris.
  • The project must have a significant impact on the Paris region. If the association is not a student organization, the project must specifically concern students.
  • The projected annual cost of the project must be significant enough to justify a request for a "Kit Asso 3" municipal grant of more than 5,000 euros per year;
  • The project's projected annual budget must include co-financing;
  • The project will be evaluated each year on the basis of qualitative and quantitative indicators specified in the three-year objectives agreement. This evaluation will be formalized in a detailed report, which will be presented to the allocation committee.

Which associations are eligible?

  • Student associations: with a student majority (over 50%) on the executive committee or, failing that, on the board of directors.
  • Non-student associations working on behalf of students.

What's the timetable?

. Visioconférence de présentation & réponses aux questions le 28 avril (en visio) > inscriptions

. Auditions des associations éligibles par le comité d’attribution des subventions en juillet 2026

. Vote des subventions au Conseil de Paris d’octobre 2026

. Versement des subventions aux associations lauréates en novembre 2026.

Les associations qui ne sont pas inscrites sur Paris Asso devront s’y inscrire dès que possible ; passé le 15 mai 2026 il n’est pas garanti que leur inscription soit validée à temps pour qu’elles puissent déposer leur candidature avant la date limite.
