As gateways to the full range of local support services, the PPEs direct Parisians to the most relevant actions, resources and locations according to their needs:

• registration for recruitment or training sessions,
• business information,
• personalized support from a local player,
• access to specialized documentary resources...

PPEs are committed to welcoming any public faced with employment-related issues.. Working as a network, these points of contact benefit from the experience of the Cité des Métiers in terms of welcoming the public :

• informing jobseekers about actions aimed at getting them back to work,
• providing a first level of information on vocational training,
• referrals to specialized structures (Pôle Emploi, Mission locale, etc.).

The PPEs are part of the City of Paris' "Paris Emploi" label.
