Shared offices at the Student House

Get free office space for a year at the Student House!

La Maison étudiante supports student and graduate projects! It offers services and shared, collaborative offices.

The aim is to help project leaders by providing them with a regular place to work, which can also enable them, for example, to host civic services, work-study students, employees, etc.

What are shared offices?

The Student House provides residents with shared workspaces and services for a period of 1 year, renewable 1 time.

The shared offices are located in a place where almost 500 associations and project leaders rub shoulders. Residents will be subject to the same rules and regulations as other users of the Student Centre.

The provision of free office space is a subsidy in kind from the City of Paris, and as such must be accounted for in the structure's balance sheets and financial accounts. The occupation of an office can be valued at 2,645 euros per year, all taxes included.

A fully equipped workspace open from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays under certain conditions:

  • Workstations (maximum 3 per project)
  • Several meeting areas (access subject to reservation according to the rules of the Student House common to all users)
  • A shared kitchen area
  • Wifi, telephone, Internet connection
  • Printer / photocopier (subject to Student House rules, common to all users)

Support :

  • Access to free training
  • Put them in touch with key experts for the success of their projects
  • Student House events (conferences, social events, newsletters, etc.)

At the resident's expense :

  • Computer equipment
  • The resident organization undertakes to ensure that the members of its governing body receive training in gender equality and the fight against sexist and sexual violence, organized by the Maison étudiante, and to raise awareness of this issue among all its members.
