Who is this help for?
This service is open to all students enrolled in a Parisian establishment who feel the need to talk, completely anonymously, about
Do you suffer from anxiety, stress, sleep disorders or loneliness? ....or are you wondering about your future? Come and discuss it freely, anonymously and free of charge, with a psychologist.
The permanence can allow you to express your difficulties, to better understand their origins and to take the necessary distance in order to overcome them.
If necessary, the psychologist will be able to accompany you in a process of care, social support, access to rights, professional orientation, access to culture or leisure activities... and direct you to the most appropriate structure.

The Nightline Paris association
Nightline Paris is a listening, support and information service run by student volunteers and aimed at students.
They can get in touch, by phone or chat, with a student volunteer trained to listen without passing judgment. All kinds of difficulties can be addressed: relationship problems, studies, loneliness, suicide, sexuality/gender, health, stress, harassment/assault, addictions, bereavement, etc.

Apsytude - The Happsy Line
Apsytude offers L'Happsy Line remote psychological support for students in difficulty. L'Happsy Line offers individual videoconsultations with one of the team's psychologists via webcam.

Youth Dreams
Rêves Jeunes is a student-run association dedicated to peer-to-peer health promotion and prevention: students helping students!
They are there to help and support you in your healthcare efforts and to ensure access to care for all:
- Through " Ta Permanence Santé ": the opportunity to make appointments with mental health professionals (explained and welcomed by student volunteers).
- Through " Ton Info Santé ", you can make an appointment with a student volunteer to get help with your health care: take charge of your own health care!

Heart shrinks
Therapeutic support for anyone who, for social, economic and/or cultural reasons, is excluded from traditional consultations. An anonymous, no-obligation service with free financial participation.
During a drop-in session, the client receives therapeutic support from a therapist. Interviews take place on a first-come, first-served basis, without appointment. Anonymity and confidentiality are preserved.

Nomadic shrinks
Nomadic shrinks provide out-reach therapeutic support in the social field to help people gain access to their psychosocial health.
Present with students:
- at the end of Linkee's food distributions;
- on campus with SSE;
- at health events organized by students;
- at the Student House ;
- etc....
They always work in conjunction with other healthcare professionals.

The Bureaux d'Aide Psychologique Universitaire (BAPUs) have set up facilities to receive urgent requests by telephone and/or e-mail, in order to respond quickly and in the best possible way, and to ensure continuity of care for students who are usually seen.

Student Health Services (SSE)
Formerly known as the Service de Santé Universitaire (SSU), the SSE now provides access to student health services for all students, public and private, whether enrolled at university or not.
Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris medical center
The CIUP is setting up a medical branch of the Centre de Santé du Square de la Mutualité in the Relais Social International. This new facility enables residents to consult a general practitioner without advance payment. This project will be developed in partnership with the Institut Mutualiste Montsouris to offer residents more consultations, including a specialized medical consultation.
Thanks to an online booking tool, residents of the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris can easily make an appointment at the relais social international with one of the general practitioners at the Centre de Santé du Square de la Mutualité.
Exceptional allowance from the City of Paris
L’allocation exceptionnelle est destinée aux étudiant·es à Paris, confronté·es à des difficultés financières imprévues.
The amount of assistance is variable and depends on the person's situation. This assistance cannot be renewed on a regular basis.
Procédure
Contactez le Centre d’action sociale Ville de Paris correspondant à votre domicile, afin de connaitre les modalités de réception (avec ou sans rendez-vous selon les sites) pour bénéficier de l’allocation exceptionnelle.
Précisez le motif de votre recours, la nature des difficultés rencontrées, la circonscription de votre arrondissement de résidence, la date de présentation ou de contact avec le centre d’action sociale de votre arrondissement de résidence et vos coordonnées (numéro de téléphone et courriel).
COP1 : distributions gratuites de paniers
The Cop1- Solidarités Étudiantes association organizes free distributions of 8 to 10kg baskets 3 times a week.
Pour bénéficier d’un panier alimentaire : il suffit d’être étudiant·e (une carte étudiante ou un certificat de scolarité) et de s’inscrire sur le site.Une fois inscrit·e, vous devez remplir un formulaire et choisir un créneau horaire. Le mail de confirmation sert à récupérer le panier.

Listening and discussion groups
The Maison étudiante de la Ville de Paris, in partnership with the Elle's Imagine'nt association, is opening a hotline and discussion groups for students who are victims of sexist and sexual violence.
This office and discussion group is open to all students attending school or living in Paris who are or have been victims of sexist and/or sexual violence. The aim is to offer them psychological and legal support in their efforts to escape violence and rebuild their lives.
The sessions are run by two psychologists from Elle's Imagine'nt, who specialize in the treatment of psycho-trauma. Initially, support is provided on an individual basis, but we also offer discussion groups!
Legal support will be offered by lawyers who are partners of the Maison étudiante, and will be set up at the request of students wishing to know their rights or take steps to protect them.
The devices take place twice a week on two different MEs:
- Helpdesk - Tuesdays from 3pm to 5:30pm at 76bis rue de Rennes, 75006 Paris
- Discussion group - Tuesdays from 5.30pm to 7pm at 76bis rue de Rennes, 75006 Paris

Listening unit
Medical-psychological check-up consultations
Les consultations bilan de santé médico-psychologique (somatique, nutrition, santé sexuelle, psychologique, etc...) font partie d’un parcours de soins coordonnés. Elles sont proposées dans 5 centres de santé et 3 centres médico-sociaux à Paris. De plus, ces consultations offrent un suivi psychologique et une orientation vers des médecins spécialistes, comme des gynécologues, selon les besoins des jeunes.
Par ailleurs, les consultations restent gratuites et ne nécessitent aucune avance de frais. Pour les jeunes qui ne possèdent pas de carte vitale et d’ouverture de droits à l’assurance maladie, les centres médico-sociaux permettront d’avoir accès à une Permanence Médico-Sociale (PMS) pour les accompagner dans les démarches administratives.
Cependant, les séances de suivi psychologique éventuellement prescrites par un médecin généraliste dans les centres de santé n’ont pas vocation à remplacer les prises en charge psychiatrique et psychothérapeutique des CMP et des BAPU. Le nombre de ces séances demeure limité dans le temps. Elles s’adressent à des jeunes en souffrance psychique avec des symptômes rattachés à différents types de situations. En particulier, ces symptômes peuvent inclure des troubles anxieux, des troubles dépressifs, des mésusages d’alcool, de tabac, de cannabis (hors dépendance), ainsi que des troubles de conduites alimentaires sans signes de gravité.

Ce cours est élaboré par des professionnel·les expérimenté·es et est soutenu par la Ville de Paris, l’Institut de Victimologie, Gynécologie sans frontière, la FNCIDFF, et la Fédération nationale Solidarité femme.
Ce cours en ligne aborde divers aspects essentiels, notamment la clinique, l’approche médicolégale, et le réseau de prise en charge. De plus, il inclut des contributions de la gendarmerie nationale ainsi que d’associations d’entraide aux femmes.
Le MOOC explore également des thématiques cruciales telles que les féminicides et la prévention des actes de violence. Il se conclut par une réflexion sur l’approche thérapeutique pour les enfants et les femmes victimes de violences conjugales.
Le comité pédagogique est composé d’experts reconnus : le Pr Louis Jehel, Christine Guillemaut, le Dr Gilles Lazimi, le Dr Gérard Lopez, le Dr Richard Matis, et Mathilde Delespine.

Treatment without advance payment
Le Centre Colliard: un centre de santé dédiée aux étudiant·es
Le Colliard Center is an establishment of the Fondation Santé des Étudiants de France located at 4 rue des Quatrefages, Paris 75005.
Grâce à un partenariat avec la Mairie de Paris et la Région Ile-de-France, la Fondation Santé des Etudiants de France a créé une nouvelle structure. Celle-ci regroupe différentes prestations dans un seul lieu. Ainsi, les étudiants bénéficient d’une prise en charge globale et coordonnée, un avantage certain. De plus, cela simplifie l’accès aux soins et permet d’éviter l’éparpillement des consultations.
Le Centre de Santé Colliard ouvre du lundi au vendredi, sans interruption, de 8h00 à 19h00. Ansi, il est ouvert le samedi matin, de 8h00 à 13h00.
Le centre se compose de trois structures distinctes :
- Une structure d’hébergements domotisés pour étudiant·es handicapé·es et polyhandicapé·es ;
- A Family Planning and Education Centre (CPEF);
- A health center offering general, specialist and dental consultations.
