Hardware
Audiovisual equipment is made available to students free of charge. Any loss or damage to equipment (consumables, video tripod tray, etc.) must be paid for by the association or project leader concerned, hence the need for associations and project leaders to have an up-to-date registration file (civil liability insurance).
It is strictly forbidden to leave the Student House with any of its audiovisual equipment. If you don't know how to use the equipment, don't hesitate to ask the stage manager.
Cleanliness / Tidying up
When you leave the video studio, you must return it to the state in which you found it (put away cameras, fold and put away video tripods, charge batteries, put away lights and extension cords, turn off lights, put away chairs and stools to one side, and dispose of all garbage in the garbage cans provided.
Security
Each project owner or association may accommodate a maximum of 10 people in the studio. Reservations cannot be made for more than this number. As the studio is a working space for the stage manager and project leaders, the public will only be accepted by prior arrangement. The ME-Labo6 and its representative reserve the right to refuse access to people not working on the project. The number of people present must be given at the time of booking, and the list may be requested. Anyone not registered may be refused access to the studio.
