A friendly day of meetings and free training!

Meetings are at the heart of the life of associations, and Paris and the Île-de-France region are areas with very strong student and association dynamics. At the Maison étudiante, 600 student associations are already registered and benefiting from our services. Then there are the hundreds of project leaders who regularly use our facilities. But it's not always easy to forge links or build bridges with other projects.

That's why the Maison étudiante and Animafac are organizing the first Rendez-vous des Associations of the year on November 30.

The schedule for this day of meetings is :

• A convivial moment with complimentary breakfast
• A first workshop to choose from
• A free meal
• The association forum
• A second workshop to choose from

Workshops :

Discover the day's workshop schedule below. You must choose one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Morning workshop

• Financing workshop
• "Make an event organized by your association "eco-responsible

Afternoon workshop

• Workshop on association statutes and governance
• Promoting your association through video

The association forum

Between 1pm and 2:30pm, you'll be invited to take part in the association forum. A number of associations will be setting up stands to tell you all about their projects and exchange ideas. La Maison étudiante and Animafac will be there, of course, but you'll also be able to meet other associations!

Personalized association interviews

Between 12.50 and 2.30 pm, you can ask for a one-to-one "entretiens asso" meeting to discuss your association and help you move forward with your projects thanks to personalized support.

Registrations for the Rendez-vous des Associations are for the whole day, so please bear this in mind and make sure you can attend both workshops.
